BENCO is hiring a part-time Fleet Coordinator to maintain and manage fleet vehicles across northwestern North Dakota and northeastern Montana. The role combines hands-on mechanical maintenance, diagnostic testing, preventative services, vendor coordination, repair scheduling, recordkeeping, inventory management, and communication with management. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, basic computer proficiency, and strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
