The Fleet Dispatcher coordinates and manages personnel deployment and employee activities in the fleet, oversees organizational processes and day-to-day operational business, and monitors and optimizes processes using the route planning software Optitool. The role requires completed business administration training for freight forwarding and logistics services, relevant truck dispatching experience, German at a negotiation level, good English, and a structured, service-oriented approach.
