Description
CoreWeave is hiring a Fleet Engineering Project Manager to maintain the physical health, hardware availability, and operational efficiency of its global GPU cloud infrastructure. The role serves as a technical liaison between internal engineering teams, data centre technicians, and external hardware vendors; it owns RMA generation, component support lifecycles, ticket-based workflow design, infrastructure bottleneck analysis, performance reporting, project planning, incident management, and vendor coordination. Candidates need 3–5 years of experience in physical IT infrastructure, data centre operations, or external-vendor RMA processes, along with analytical, documentation, and process-optimization capabilities. The base salary is 189,000 PLN to 252,000 PLN gross annually, with medical, dental, pension, life assurance, critical illness, and other benefits.
