Cathay Express Transportation, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance, fleet readiness, preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, parts control, vendor coordination, shop safety, and maintenance records for its Queens operation. The role manages mechanics, utility workers, vendors, and maintenance staff; supports NYSDOT compliance and vehicle availability; and requires on-site work in the Norwich / Chenango County service area. The position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 and requires at least seven years of heavy-duty fleet maintenance experience, three years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work shifts and emergency coverage.
