Description
The Fleet Maintenance Manager will lead daily maintenance operations for a high-volume commercial passenger motorcoach and double-decker fleet in Queens, New York. Reporting to the National Fleet Manager, the role supervises diesel technicians, prioritizes preventive maintenance, diagnostics, emergency repairs, and work orders, manages DVIRs and digital fleet data, supports drivers with on-road issues, and oversees shop scheduling and compliance. The position requires a Thursday-through-Monday schedule with weekends required, at least 50 hours per week, and 5+ years of progressive fleet maintenance or heavy-duty shop leadership experience. Compensation is $115,000–$135,000 annually plus performance-based incentives and health, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
