Penske is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee diesel technicians and vehicle maintenance operations for tractors, trucks, and trailers. The role coordinates and audits repairs, prioritizes work, controls repair and labor costs, ensures safety and compliance, coaches technicians, and manages the service facility. It is a second-shift, Monday-Friday position in Garden City, Georgia, with a preferred 3+ years of fleet maintenance management experience or at least 3 years of team management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and DOT/OSHA safety compliance.
