Ryder is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor in Charlotte, North Carolina to manage maintenance operations and personnel for a Monday-to-Friday first-shift location. The role supervises up to 10 technicians, schedules and assigns work, manages customer relationships and vehicle uptime, controls labor and maintenance budgets, oversees quality and safety, and supports payroll, purchasing, invoicing, and parts inventory. The position offers a $75,000 base salary plus a quarterly bonus incentive and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
