Description
The role coordinates administrative fleet management across Bremen and Hamburg, including schedule-based processes such as leasing, maintenance, roadworthiness tests, accident prevention, and driving-license checks; claims, repairs, maintenance, external service providers, invoices, materials, audits, and infrastructure maintenance. It also prepares reports, supports process improvements, and serves as the central contact between locations, departments, managers, and external partners. The position requires commercial or administration-focused training, more than three years of relevant experience, and strong reporting, documentation, communication, and coordination skills. It is a 35-hour workweek with mobile working and flexible working models.
