The role leads owner-operator contractors, supervises fleet delivery performance, profitability, compliance, equipment assignment, load distribution, customer coordination, rate negotiations, dispute resolution, training, and contractor retention. Candidates need a high school diploma, 2–5 years of intermodal or container transportation experience, DOT knowledge, fleet-management experience, strong communication and computer skills, and TMS experience.
