California Water Service is hiring a Fleet Manager in San Jose, California to oversee the company’s vehicle and equipment fleet across its full lifecycle, including acquisition, assignment, inventory, maintenance, regulatory compliance, capital projects, electrification initiatives, safety technology, vendor coordination, DMV administration, fleet metrics, and policy implementation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience, strong project management, communication, leadership, problem-solving, Excel and Microsoft Office skills, fleet and vehicle systems knowledge, a valid California driver license, and familiarity with California Air Resources Board regulations.
