The role leads owner-operator contractors, assigns and plans deliveries, monitors performance and compliance, negotiates rates, resolves disputes, and coordinates training. Candidates need a high school diploma, 2–5 years of intermodal or container transportation experience, DOT knowledge, contractor-management experience, dispatch and computer skills, and strong communication abilities.
