The role leads owner-operator contractors, supervises fleet delivery performance, profitability, compliance, equipment assignment, load distribution, customer coordination, rate negotiations, dispute resolution, training, and contractor retention. Candidates need an HS diploma, 2–5 years of intermodal or container transportation experience, DOT knowledge, fleet-management experience, strong communication and computer skills, and TMS experience.
