BELECTRIC GmbH is hiring a Fleet Manager to administer and optimize its operational fleet of passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and special vehicles. The role covers the full vehicle lifecycle, procurement, handovers, returns, swaps, maintenance, inspections, insurance, compliance, cost analysis, and coordination with leasing companies, manufacturers, insurers, workshops, and other service providers. It requires commercial, technical, or business administration training, knowledge of traffic, employment, tax, and insurance law, a Class B driver’s license, German and English language skills, and strong coordination and negotiation abilities.
