The Fleet Manager maintains a plant fleet in like-new condition, schedules and supervises fleet mechanics, coordinates with plant and logistics personnel, manages fleet purchasing and DOT compliance, and schedules outside haulers for product pickup and delivery. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of mechanic experience, and 1–2+ years of supervisory experience, with advanced fleet-mechanic training preferred. The work is performed in a plant automotive shop or on plant property.
