Deichmann is hiring a Fleet Manager to lead and develop the fleet team, plan drivers and vehicles, ensure safe and legally compliant fleet operations, control budgets and KPIs, optimize transport planning and vehicle utilization, manage in-house and third-party fleet services, and take technical responsibility for the Transport Management System. The role requires a logistics, supply chain, or business administration degree or equivalent qualification, several years of transport, fleet, or logistics experience, leadership experience, TMS expertise, and knowledge of transport planning, dispatching, and controlling.
