Description
The Fleet Manager oversees the full fleet of primary and secondary equipment in an assigned area, managing fleet and maintenance activities, vehicle utilization, safety, maintenance standards, budgets, reporting, and personnel. The role supervises mechanics and operational support staff, requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus three years of relevant experience and a valid CDL A license, and offers weekly pay, dental and vision benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and other incentives.
