Description
The Freight Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching Class A drivers, managing customer satisfaction, equipment utilization, load entry, on-time delivery, freight billing, DOT and Hours of Service compliance, safety enforcement, equipment inspections, fuel audits, and reporting. The role requires strong customer relations, adaptability, goal orientation, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with a base salary of up to $75,000 per year plus bonus eligibility and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
