Description
The Fleet Manager directs fleet maintenance personnel, schedules and oversees scheduled and unscheduled vehicle maintenance, manages parts, tools, equipment, and the maintenance bay, prepares maintenance budgets and repair reports, and coordinates with vendors and suppliers. The role requires an associate’s degree or equivalent experience, basic vehicle-systems knowledge, at least two years of management experience, and strong computer skills. It is primarily an inside role with some outside work in all weather, Monday through Friday, and an on-call schedule of 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
