Description
The employer is hiring a Fleet Manager for its production site in Baunatal to manage a team of 45 delivery drivers and a fleet of approximately 40 delivery vehicles. The role covers technical and disciplinary people management, logistics and route planning, vehicle service and repairs, customer consultations, order preparation, and continuous improvement. It is a full-time position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 06:30 to 15:00, 40 hours per week. Prior personnel or fleet dispatch experience is desirable but not required, and the role requires a Class B driver’s license, IT proficiency, and good German skills.
