Description
The NRMA Group is hiring an experienced Fleet Manager to lead fleet strategy, vehicle lifecycle management, EV and hybrid technology adoption, supplier relationships, budgets, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Towing National Supply & Fleet, the role leads a team of two and is based primarily at Wetherill Park. Candidates need at least five years of fleet management and vehicle lifecycle planning experience, along with experience in EVs, sustainability, leadership, commercial acumen, data analysis, stakeholder management, and regulatory compliance.
