NCC Industry is hiring a Fleet Manager for its procurement organization to develop and improve vehicle-fleet processes, plan acquisitions and disposals, coordinate suppliers, analyze utilization and cost data, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with vehicle-related regulations. The role collaborates with operations, procurement, HR, finance, sustainability, and external suppliers, reports to the Manager of Technology & Projects, and is based in Oslo with some travel. It is a permanent position requiring several years of fleet-management experience, analytical and supplier-management skills, knowledge of vehicle regulations, and good English; higher education or equivalent relevant experience is advantageous.
