Wave is hiring a Fleet Manager in Abidjan to build, organize, and lead its fleet function as the service expands. The role oversees vehicle and driver operations, maintenance, vendor relationships, budgets, KPIs, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and team development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in logistics, transport management, operations, business administration, or a related field, 3–5 years of progressive fleet or large-scale operations experience, French fluency, and strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, insurance, compliance, budgeting, and vendor contracts.
