West Shore Home is hiring a full-time Fleet Manager in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, for an onsite Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role oversees the lifecycle and strategic management of a fleet exceeding 1,000 vehicles, including forecasting, procurement, vendor management, cost control, compliance, insurance, telematics, reporting, and team leadership. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer-sponsored work authorization, be able to travel 20%, and have at least 10 years of experience managing large-scale fleet programs and vendor performance; Geotab, Samsara, or similar telematics experience is preferred.
