Description
The Fleet Manager will oversee the operation of approximately 35–45 primary and secondary fleet units in Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, managing maintenance, repair, compliance, asset utilization, budgets, vendor relationships, inventory, and equipment lifecycle planning. The role leads 4–5 direct reports, develops and coaches maintenance personnel, supports safety and training programs, and ensures safe, reliable, cost-effective fleet operations. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or accredited high school diploma/GED, five years of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license upon hire.
