Description
The Fleet Manager oversees fleet maintenance operations and the day-to-day activities of a shop serving approximately 45 trucks, managing 9–10 employees including technicians, senior technicians, supervisors, and operational support staff. The role is responsible for fleet reliability, maintenance costs, preventative maintenance compliance, equipment utilization, safety and regulatory compliance, budgeting, employee development, and performance management. It is a full-time onsite position in Manassas, Virginia, with a 7:00 AM Monday–Friday start and Saturday work as needed. The expected base pay is $91,723–$105,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
