Description
Voi is hiring a Fleet Manager (Benelux) to own warehouse and fleet operations across Belgium and the Netherlands. The role manages in-field and warehouse teams, 3PL sourcing and performance, vehicle availability, maintenance, spare parts and battery inventory, KPI monitoring, process improvement, recruitment and team development, and cross-functional alignment with operations strategy, market development and public policy. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experience, at least five years of operations, logistics, production, consulting or similar experience including team management, fluency in English, French and Dutch, budget and multi-site management experience, shift-planning experience, and experience using AI to improve output quality.
