The role leads owner-operator contractors, assigns and plans deliveries, monitors performance and compliance, negotiates rates, resolves disputes, and coordinates training. Candidates need an HS diploma, 2–5 years of intermodal or container transportation experience, DOT knowledge, contractor-management experience, dispatch and computer skills, and strong communication abilities.
