Description
The employer is hiring a Fleet Manager / Dispatch to organize and manage a fleet, ensure vehicle readiness, coordinate maintenance and inspections, handle leasing and vendor matters, optimize dispatch and transport processes, lead and support an operational team, monitor costs, and ensure compliance. The role requires commercial or technical training, professional fleet, dispatch, or transport experience, employee leadership experience, a valid Class CE driver’s license, spoken English, and strong communication and organizational skills. It is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, flexible hours, a company vehicle, and training opportunities.
