FLYERALARM GmbH is hiring a Fleet Manager Team Lead in Marktheidenfeld to lead and discipline the driver team, plan truck and pool-vehicle assignments, coordinate shifts and replacements, and maintain fleet readiness. The role also develops fleet-management processes, supports cross-departmental projects, oversees vehicle safety and compliance, and manages digital fleet administration. Candidates should have logistics, transportation, or fleet-management training, employee-leadership experience, ideally a Class CE driver’s license, strong technical and German-language skills, and the ability to work independently and across interfaces.
