High Transit is hiring a Fleet Technician in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and weld road, industrial, and construction equipment. The role supports the third-shift team working Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with overtime availability and a 25% shift differential for third-shift coworkers. Responsibilities include equipment inspections, heavy-equipment repairs, brake and suspension work, tractor-electronics repairs, welding, and occasional road service. The position requires a driver's license, general welding experience, and 1–5+ years of fleet maintenance mechanic experience; a Class 7 State Inspection and Emissions license is preferred, and ASE certifications and refrigeration licensing are advantageous.
