DocGo is hiring a full-time Fleet Mechanic in Ridgewood, New York, to maintain and repair vehicles and ambulances. The role includes routine maintenance, electrical and mechanical diagnostics, HVAC and emission repairs, safety inspections, DOT/TLC inspection support, inventory management, vehicle logistics, and maintenance recordkeeping. The position pays $28–$34 per hour for 8-hour evening or overnight shifts and offers medical, dental, vision, paid time off, weekly pay, and a 401(k). Applicants need four years of experience, their own tools, A/C certification or willingness to obtain it within six months, a valid driver’s license with at least two years of experience, and strong organizational skills; ASE certification, ambulance experience, and welding experience are preferred but not required.
