Boston Dynamics is hiring a Fleet Operations Application Engineer to serve as the technical lead for robot fleet health, reliability, availability, and operational execution. The role troubleshoots software, controls, hardware, networking, sensors, power systems, and infrastructure issues; leads incident response and cross-functional coordination; monitors telemetry and mission readiness; and develops reliability playbooks and operational procedures. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least five years of experience supporting complex electromechanical products or technical operations, and experience with robot fleets, systems troubleshooting, incident response, Linux, networking, diagnostics, and issue-tracking tools. The position pays $154,000 to $200,000 annually and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and a bonus structure.
