De Decker - Van Riet is hiring a Fleet Operations Manager for its Londerzeel (Malderen) base. The role manages the operational maintenance and repair of trucks, trailers, and buses; coordinates workshop planning; oversees fleet compliance, inspections, insurance, and KPI performance; implements telematics and predictive maintenance; supports energy management and bus electrification; and optimizes workflows. The manager reports to the CTO and requires a relevant bachelor or master degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of business experience, three to five years in fleet management or a technical environment, vehicle and maintenance knowledge, data-analysis skills, a B driving licence, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
