Description
The Fleet Operations Planner optimizes shipment routing and fleet utilization across UniGroup’s transportation network by planning and approving shipments, assigning routes and orders, managing capacity, supporting complex and express shipments, coordinating with agents and operators, maintaining regulatory compliance, and resolving operational issues. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience and 2–3 years of related work experience, with routing, load planning, capacity management, Excel, and strong problem-solving skills preferred. It is an on-site position with medical, dental, and vision insurance and no visa sponsorship.
