Description
Bedrock Robotics is hiring a Fleet Operations Regional Manager Eastern Region to lead a distributed team of Fleet Technicians across a multi-state territory centered in Atlanta, Georgia. The role owns fleet reliability and uptime metrics, manages regional parts and tooling, conducts root-cause analysis, supports customer relationships and SLA commitments, and coordinates safety and operational escalations. It requires at least five years of field service, fleet operations, or technical field management experience, including two years in a supervisory or management role, along with electromechanical or robotics technical expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and up to 50% travel. The position is field-forward, with outdoor work, physical demands, and occasional weekend, evening, or on-call availability.
