Description
Specter is hiring a Fleet Reliability Engineer to build and operate the telemetry, data, observability, recovery, and analytics systems that keep its field sensor fleet reliable. The role owns the reliability data pipeline, instrumenting and alert hygiene, fleet-wide failure-mode analysis, forecasting, and cost-weighted prioritization of reliability work. Candidates should have strong Python or Go and SQL skills, experience with physical or embedded device fleets, observability-stack expertise, and familiarity with databases and infrastructure-as-code.
