Description
The Fleet Safety Coordinator - Driver Compliance will maintain the company’s safety rating and ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining driver qualification files, completing employment verifications, tracking DOT physicals and self-certifications, activating drivers and contractors, coordinating insurance and compliance reviews, communicating DOT requirements, and supporting the Safety Department. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, computer skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, and familiarity with DOT compliance concepts.
