Description
The Fleet Services Coordinator supports the Fleet Services Manager in maintaining vehicle titles, licenses, maintenance records, and the county’s vehicle inventory. The role coordinates repairs, recalls, service scheduling, accident documentation, vehicle reservations, inspections, cleaning, transportation, and related vendor and budget activities. It requires a bachelor’s degree with one year of relevant experience, an associate’s degree with three years of experience, or a high school diploma with five years of experience; office systems, vehicle fundamentals, database administration, communication, and driving are also required. The position may require off-hours, weather-related, or emergency work and involves indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
