Description
The Fleet Support Engineer will improve aircraft availability by monitoring fleet status, identifying reliability and operational issues, and providing troubleshooting guidance and repair instructions for significant AOG and out-of-service events. The role supports daily line activity and night-stop maintenance, reviews maintenance records and technical logs, develops work instructions with Fleet Technical Management and aircraft manufacturers, and may provide on-site support at line stations. It requires a UK and/or EASA B2 licence, A320 family authorisation, and a background in system fault-finding, wiring checks and repairs, with a focus on safety, airworthiness, and clear technical communication.
