Description
Hub Group is hiring a Fleet Technician 3 to independently diagnose, repair, maintain, and inspect Class 8 tractors and trailing fleet equipment. The role covers diesel engines, powertrains, transmissions, electrical and HVAC systems, brakes, steering, suspension, tires, aftertreatment systems, electronics, preventive maintenance, welding, diagnostic software, DOT compliance, documentation, and mentoring other technicians. It requires four years of tractor-trailer maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant certifications or OEM training, a valid driver's license, clean MVR, own tools, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in non-climate-controlled conditions. Compensation is up to $31.92 per hour plus shift differential.
