Description
Empire is hiring shop and field technicians to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, recondition, and service Caterpillar and allied heavy equipment in a shop environment. The role includes using diagnostic tools and schematics, preparing service reports, managing repair costs, maintaining equipment, communicating with clients and management, and supporting warranty and marketing activities. Candidates need at least six months of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, English communication skills, and successful completion of an eTRAIN assessment. The position is on-site, follows a first/Day shift, and pays $22.00–$31.15 per hour.
