Lakeside Surfaces is hiring an Operations Flex team member to provide flexible coverage across its production facility and field services. The role cross-trains across CNC, Polish, QC, Shipping, and Backsplash departments and supports fabrication, quality checks, stone polishing, loading and unloading, CAD-based production, and field-site operations. It requires a valid chauffeur’s license, DOT medical card, construction or fabrication experience, hand-tool and crane experience, physical ability to lift 100 pounds repeatedly, and flexibility with shift start and end times. The position includes base hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime and Saturday work as needed, and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
