Saks OFF 5TH is hiring a Flex Associate to provide supplemental store coverage during planned or unplanned absences and periods of increased business activity. The role supports sales and customer service by assisting customers with merchandise selection, maintaining product knowledge, processing POS transactions, promoting the Saks credit card and loyalty programs, maintaining selling floors and fitting rooms, completing markdowns, supporting store events and visual standards, and following asset protection procedures. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, retail/customer service or sales experience, a proven sales record, strong customer relationship skills, fashion knowledge, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
