Saks OFF 5TH is hiring a Flex Associate to provide supplemental store coverage during planned or unplanned absences and periods of increased business activity. The role supports sales and customer service by recommending merchandise, assisting customers, processing POS transactions, promoting the Saks credit card and loyalty programs, maintaining sales floors and fitting rooms, completing markdowns, following visual and asset-protection standards, and completing store tasks. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, retail/customer service or sales experience, a proven sales record, strong customer relationship skills, fashion knowledge, and availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays. The starting wage is $15.00–$16.00 per hour, with eligible benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, life, and disability insurance.
