Saks OFF 5TH is hiring a Flex Associate to provide supplemental retail coverage during planned or unplanned absences and fluctuations in business activity. The role supports sales and customer service by recommending merchandise, maintaining product knowledge, greeting and assisting customers, processing POS transactions, promoting the Saks credit card and loyalty programs, maintaining selling areas and fitting rooms, completing markdowns, supporting selling events, following merchandise display and asset-protection standards, and completing store tasks. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, retail/customer service or sales experience, a proven sales record, fashion knowledge, strong customer relationship skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
