Saks OFF 5TH is hiring a Flex Associate to provide supplemental workforce support in its retail stores during planned or unplanned absences and periods of increased business activity. The role performs sales and customer support, including recommending merchandise, assisting customers, processing POS transactions, promoting the Saks credit card and loyalty programs, maintaining selling floors and fitting rooms, executing markdowns, supporting store events, following asset protection procedures, and completing tasks assigned by store leadership. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, retail/customer service or sales experience, fashion knowledge, customer relationship skills, sales results, and availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
