Saks OFF 5TH is hiring a Flex Associate to provide supplemental store coverage during planned or unplanned absences and fluctuations in business activity. The role supports retail selling and customer service by recommending merchandise, maintaining product knowledge, greeting and educating customers, processing POS transactions, resolving issues, meeting sales and loyalty goals, maintaining selling areas, executing markdowns and displays, following asset protection procedures, and completing store tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, retail/customer service or sales experience, fashion knowledge, sales ability, customer relationship skills, POS and store equipment operation, and availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
