Saks OFF 5TH is hiring a Flex Associate to provide supplemental store coverage during planned or unplanned absences and periods of increased business activity. The role supports sales and customer service by assisting shoppers with merchandise selection, maintaining product knowledge, processing POS transactions, promoting the Saks credit card and loyalty programs, maintaining selling areas and displays, completing markdowns, following asset protection procedures, and handling store tasks. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, retail/customer service or sales experience, fashion knowledge, strong customer relationship and sales skills, POS and store equipment proficiency, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
