Saks OFF 5TH is hiring a Flex Associate to provide supplemental retail coverage during planned or unplanned absences and business fluctuations. The role supports selling and customer service by recommending merchandise, maintaining product and visual standards, processing POS transactions, promoting loyalty and credit programs, resolving customer issues, maintaining selling areas and fitting rooms, completing markdowns, following asset protection procedures, and completing store-assigned tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, retail/customer service or sales experience, fashion knowledge, strong sales and relationship-building skills, POS and store-equipment proficiency, and availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
