Description
The Flex Associate supports Anderson Merchandisers by executing client projects, resets, displays, and other assigned tasks with accuracy. The role is ongoing and as-needed, reports to the Market Sales Manager, and requires flexible store-based shifts, including at least one four-hour weekend shift. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalency, a valid driver's license, automobile liability insurance, computer and internet access, U.S. work eligibility, and conversational English proficiency; customer service or sales experience is preferred. The stated rate is $17.50, with flexible schedules and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
